| Naloxone Insurance Coverage Mandates
This fact sheet details the state laws that require private insurers to cover at least one formulation of naloxone and those that reduce barriers to accessing naloxone where it is covered. Because these laws were written during a time when no over the counter (OTC) naloxone formulations were available, none explicitly require coverage for OTC naloxone. |

Combating Racism Through Research, Training, Practice, and Public Health Policies
This newly release collection from the CDC captures insights on roles and actions taken in public health, medicine, and policy to combat racism as a public health threat. Articles in this collection link exposures to racial discrimination with illness among diverse populations; 2) detail implementation of multicomponent antiracist initiatives enacted in schools of public health, schools of medicine, and other university-affiliated units; and 3) elevate attention to underlying drivers of structural inequities in housing and to domains through which meaningful community engagement in health initiatives is achievable.

Deputy Director – Policy, Equity, and Community Impact
The Network is seeking a Deputy Director of Policy, Equity, and Community Impact to support our efforts to strengthen the connections between public health agencies and communities, with the goal of building engagement and capacity in law and policy to advance public health. The Deputy Director will lead strategy development, manage programs, provide technical assistance on specific issues, conduct training, develop tools and education materials, and facilitate opportunities for networking and peer assistance. Program Coordinator, Mid-States Region Office
The Network is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the team at its Mid-States Region Office to provide operations and program support. The Program Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to assist the Mid-States team in managing a variety of projects and related activities. This work includes developing and maintaining an organized system for monitoring grants and contracts, tracking deliverables, reporting and invoicing.
